Flexible Session Structure

Not everyone wants or needs a session every week. For your convenience I offer standard weekly sessions, every other week, once a month and on an as-needed basis.

Insurance

Insurance does not pay for PreMarital Counseling per se but sometimes PPO's will reimburse you some small amount for therapy sessions if there is a billable diagnosis. I don't take insurance as payment but at the end of 3 to 6 sessions, if you request it, I can provide you with a CMS Super Bill which you can submit to your insurance plan in order to pursue reimbursement on your own. I am not contracted as an "in network provider" for any insurance company. If you have more questions about this feel free to email me.

Payment

Credit cards welcome. Payments are made at the time of service or in the case of the Pre-Paid Package Deals payment is due for the full amount at the end of the first session.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice via text or email to avoid paying full session fee.

I have two sets of fees. In-person office sessions & sessions via video. All of my rates are listed clearly below. PreMarital Package Deals are pre-paid in full & available for video sessions only. These can be purchased by the Couple or make a lovely Pre-Wedding gift.

This special is for clients who have already had Couples Therapy with me and want a check-in and tune-up every 6 months upon completion of their primary counseling.

Budget Session Package

45 min sessions, purchase 4, 6 or 8 sessions

These are shorter video sessions of 45 min rather than the standard 60 min session. Shorter sessions can be helpful if you are on a budget or if your issues aren't too complex.

For clients who prefer extended visits, I do offer 90 minute video sessions. Over the years many clients have shared their frustration at being limited to an hour. Some people need the extra time and some just prefer it.
